Terms of Service

By purchasing, downloading, or using Daemon, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.

1. License Grant

Upon a valid one-time purchase of Daemon ($3.99), Lynx Labs grants you a personal, perpetual, non-exclusive license to download, install, and activate Daemon on up to two (2) personal Android devices owned or controlled by you.

2. Permitted Use

You may use Daemon for personal, educational, or commercial software engineering and development supervisory workflows.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, sublicense, rent, resell, or publicly share your purchase license key.
• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of Daemon without prior written permission.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Daemon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Daemon assists in monitoring AI coding agents and development tasks, the user remains solely responsible for all commands and actions executed on their local development machine.

5. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is responsible for customer service inquiries, billing management, and tax processing related to your order.
